TEAM STRATEGY SESSIONS

Nicole and her team love to do strategy sessions with business owners and their teams. Getting teams to think outside the box, and then go deep within themselves to ensure everyone is doing the best role in line with their core beliefs, proves to be beneficial and eye opening for everyone involved.

Often people try to fit themselves into the box or position description, without actually inherently knowing what role they actually suit best. Its not all about skills or meeting KPI's, sometimes there are natural forces at work, that make it either impossible, or flawless when fulfilling a role.

Strategy sessions often bring out the best and worst in people, but the learning and knowledge gained in those sessions can tell you a lot about yourself, your team, and your leaders, that can make you re-think roles, and even re-think entire teams!

What do we work on in the sessions?

These sessions are recommended for after one on one coaching and counselling sessions. A lot of insight into your team can be garnered from you, the business owner, before even meeting anyone else. We believe that your pre-conceived ideas about people can be wrong, or off base, and challenging this can often mean huge changes for your business.

During one on one session, we will make a plan for your strategy sessions, so that the sessions are tailored to what you want and need from your team. You may have team members you aren't sure about, others that you want to see more leadership from, or even some leaders that you think are bringing a negative culture to their team. We use team building, psychological analysis, and many other tools to ensure you have the right people for your team, in the right roles, and that the job they are doing is in line with their core values.

We can do these sessions as stand alone, however, we would still need a one on one session with you to determine exactly what you want out of the sessions and tailor it to your workplace
